I watched the demo but I have a full 7 bone standing rib roast. It weights 15lbs with the bones. How long do I need to cook it for if I'm using Joule?

I have not cooked one that large, but it is my understanding that you can cook it at your prefered temperature overnight for 12-14 hours, whichever time fits your schedule best. Grant said just make sure you have enough water that can circulate all around the roast. A cooler would work great for a roast that big. Because there isn't a cooler clip out yet, I would use something like a can of pumpkin in the cooler and use Joule's magnetic foot on the can so it doesn't sit to deep in the water.
