A feast with friends

So, this happened last night

Have been prepping this for a couple of days, everything went perfect. Had a very nice and relaxed dinner with the wife and friends.

For starters, Heston's confit de canard, chutney of dates, figs and apples and grilled bread.

First main course: the amazing CS tuna + avocado + grapefruit

Second main course: the amazing CS duck breast + beets + chocolate

Desert: the amazing CS molten chocolate soufflé + crème anglaise

Coffee with friandises: freshly baked madeleines with lemon curd.

Not to forget: we drank a looooooooot of booze. I'm slightly hungover, but still very happy with dinner last night!

Had so much fun cooking this, once again mucho thanks to the ChefSteps team for the amazing recipes and the inspiration! YOU ROCK!
