I got my hands on some fresh raw milk. I'm using Joule to bring the milk up to 183F. I vacuum packed it in a bag for better heat transfer. Once it gets to temp I'll leave it there for a few min to make sure that all of the milk in the bag is at least 180F. I think this is much faster than the stovetop method and no risk of scalding. I love the ability to use a shallow pan with Joule.
