Need ideas for whole Duck

Dinner will be Saturday night, the 24th. Duck is thawed now, but I can't decide what I want to do with it this year. Was tempted to hang it in the fridge dry it out and roast it like usual in the rotisserie, but I'm open for new ideas.

If I can't figure out or decide on something by tonight gonna start drying it out then.

Hi @Angelo. My favorite whole duck is the Steve Raichlen recipe in The BBQ Bible. If you don't have it, you can do a search on Google Books for pages 290 and 291, or the recipe called "Duck with Garlic and Ginger".

Yep, gonna try this. Gonna place on a platter later today to dry skin out a bit first but yeah yep yeah I'm gonna do that
