Prime rib

In the facebook video, Grant is saying that we should cook the prime rib overnight, that it would be great etc.. Are we saying that even a 2 bones prime rib could be cooked overnight without becoming mushy?

I did a small 2 bone roast (just a bit over 4#) for 7 hours at 129F and it turned out great!

I did a 2 bone roast (2.5#) for 5-6 hours at 136F and we really enjoyed it! Next time we need to work more at the seasoning part though.
