Beef and Pineapple Dish 1

Playing around with steak and Pineapple . This is the first dish I came up. It's lightly seared strip steak with candied cumquats, candies white beans, fresh Cayenne chilli's, lightly charred red pearl onions, grilled pineapple, radish, soy sauce caviar and a pineapple broth

Thanks! Unfortunately I didn't write down exact measurements but I took fresh pineapple, water, xanthan gum and a little bit of Cayenne in a vitamin and hit it until it was nice and smooth
