Wifi not connecting

It worked perfectly yesterday. Now I have a blinking red light and it won't connect to wifi. Alexa and all other appliances are connected. So this is brand new and I am frustrated.

Hi Karen, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting to wifi. A red blinking light definitely sounds like something is wrong. The best way for us to help you out is for you to create a support request from within the Joule App, that way we can get some diagnostic info about your Joule to see if we can spot any issues. Open up the side menu in the app and go to Help & Support > Submit a Support Request and from there we can get everything ironed out for you.
