I opened my brand new Joule and it worked fine during initial setup with water circulating through the device, it informed me there was an update (I was on 41.xx and update was to 62 something) and now it connects to wifi fine and the device is recognized and the the temperature of the water is functioning and the LED lights indicate that it is warming but no water goes through the device. I tried power cycling, unplugging, even a factory reset but to no avail. I could only find creating an email support ticket as my only option so I did that and still have not received a response. So, I've ordered a replacement from Amazon but I'm skeptical, and I'm really unhappy with ChefSteps support. Has anyone else had any issues with the update?
