Trays n racks

hey guys - any heads up in decent multi purpose trays and racks similar to the CS use? Looks like they use aluminum but read stainless is better (dishwasherable)

They also have wire drain racks for these highly recommended... the sheet pan racks fit way better than the hotel pan racks.

I thought they might be the ones. I just ordered some and had some damage on one of the half sheets. They took care of me fast. Told me to throw it away and sent a new one pronto! Btw... I got the heavy aluminum volrath.

You're using them for roasting in the oven etc or ONLY for baking?

Volrath doesn't f..k around they're made for commercial kitchens and the monkeys in them!! Read abuse!!
