Pairing problems

I've just received this new Joule. I've tried multiple phones and tablets. Keeps saying cannot find a Joule. The unit just blinks red green blue. I've unplugged it and tried everything I can. I'm sure its not the 3 phones and 5 tablets that I've tried. Any hints??

Go to the app. Click on the three lines in the upper left. Click on help and support. Submit a ticket. You will get a quick response.

FrankM is right, once the ticket is in the system we can get a working unit sent out to you. It sounds like somehow you still have the our device test software on your Joule..

Ticket submitted using the app on my phone. So disappointed. I was excited to get this thing as a gift and start using it.

I usually get a response within hours of submitting a ticket. They will probably send you a replacement very quickly.

Are you trying to pair in the Joule app? You have to pair in the app NOT with your device. Open the Joule app click on the three lines at the top left, then settings>device settings> connect Joule If this is what you are doing please disregard, but it is a common misunderstanding.

Yeah... I know... the Joule actually is loaded with the wrong software. They are working on sending me a new one.
