Proofing dough

I have had my Joule since the beginning of December,and have loved it so far. Have made the best yogurt ever with it, and so easy. However, I thought I have seen some posts about using it to proof dough. I just can't quite figure out how to do that. I would love any input I can get.

Take your dough, put it in a waterproof bag or in a tub, float the tub or bag in the water, and turn on your immersion circulator. Just like when you made your yogurt: instead of putting milk and culture in the jar, put in your bread dough

I just place my stainless steel bowl (covered with plastic wrap) right on top of my cambro. I set Joule at 80°F. Works great.

Great. I wasn't sure that it would actually be that easy. Can't wait to try it. I knew I should have bought two.
