I'm getting ready for a night out and, meanwhile, the Joule is at work on the brisket.

I rubbed asada seasoning into it and set it at 130 for 48 hours.

Monday will be tacos.

This got devoured Sunday night so I'll have to make something else today.

I'll use less salt in the rub next time but otherwise near perfect and melt in your mouth tender.
