after much debate I opted for the MCusta Zanmai and Asai PM Damascus (thanks for the advice/sounding board Pd3ski) also picked up a few nice homes for the knives and a new ceramic honer. Can't say enough good things about the guys at PDX Knife House

Every time I see Knives I feel the need to get more knives. You're killing me smalls!
Knives are like beautiful woman, a man can never get enough. Also, also, if you treat them poorly they'll make you bleed!
That said, if you have a knife drawer, why the sayas?
