I thought I saw a video/recipe in the CS collection about chocolate Pots De Creme. I can no longer find it and would like to tackle this over the weekend if I can pull it all together...

I've looked on the CS site and YouTube but couldn't find this particular recipe. However, it IS as Brandon said, in the Joule app....it's part of the Rich and Creamy Custards section. It's on the home page of Joule, the first block under 'Cooking Guides'.

Tried this today I found the 158F version didn't set for me - I was ~7g under on the egg yolks but that shouldn't have had much of an impact. I've had success with the 176F for a couple other custards (including some leftover pumpkin pie filling - unreal!). Fortunately, thick or thin, it was delicious.
