I recently ran an 18 hour 180F marathon on some beef short ribs.
OMG, did they come out perfect, however ever since then, joule seems to slow down periodically when using it normally.
The motor whine, which isn't high pitched and sounds normal, will slow down as if joule is struggling to circulate the water. I have since performed the normal cleaning as directed 50/50 mix of distilled white vinegar and distilled water.
The slowdown hasn't happened as often after two cleanings but still does every once and a while.
Is this something I should be worried about?
