Your mail this morning suggested containers to use for sous vide. You didn't mention just the sink.
I use my porcelain deep sink for jars of yogurt. I was very pleased Joule's magnet held in the porcelain sink firmly.
The yogurt was lovely but I did add some cream. It was very much like kafir or the kind of yogurt you get in Russia.
