Steady stream of water?

Hello. Should the Joule have a steady stream of water circulating through it? I set mine to 140 tonight and it didn'tseem to want to get higher than 125. I was sort of girgling out water instead of it being steady. It would occasionally hit 127 or so and then drop to 125 again. Standard pot size. Water level up to the opening.

Hey Christopher I just responded in the other post. I think you should submit a support ticket asap. ChefSteps will be on it for you! When I noticed that it wasn't at temp an hour and a half in that didn't seem right.

Edit ... do you have really hard water?

You might try to clean your Joule and see if I that helps. The instructions are in the Joule app. 50/50 water and vinegar in a quart jar set Joule for 140°F. If that doesn't do it, I would submit a support ticket.
