Installed Convection Oven Recomendation

Hi I'm  building my cooking tools you list in the Joule app recipes and it's time I upgrade to a new convection oven. I had Kitchen Aid but was wondering what your favorite is to recommend? BTW love the Joule and the videos and recipes!!

I am using two Brands: Miele brand for convection steam oven projects and for high precision cooking and baking: Gaggenau. Miele is amazing when it comes to automatic Programms and taking over the daily fast path of cooking. But when u want a perfect crust and all even high precision cooking, u go for Gaggenau. Gaggenau still wants u to use ur brain. So I found out, that to have both brands in the house is amazing. By the way, The full induction cook plate by Gaggenau is also still the best what u can get but be smart and take it with frame. Gaggenau is owned by Siemens and world wide the number one brand when it comes to purism, elegance, technic, timeless, easy to understand.... best wishes.
