I may need one just for procuring one off ebay. Tried celeriac puree (which looks good-official test tomorrow) and chocolate ice cream (cs recipe). Appears I may need to lower fat a bit? I held the vent open during process (though didn't "hear any air venting"), but still runny. an hour back in the freezer helped, but would like to get it to serve immediately. Perhaps
