Max running time or duty cycle

Just how long can I run the Joule for? What is its duty cycle? I've had it running for 48 hours at 147°F (can you guess why?) and it seems to be doing okay. But every couple minutes, it sounds like the circulation motor slows down momentarily. I don't think I have anything else on the power-line that would interfere (like how the Joule makes the fridge lights flicker hypnotically to let you know that your slabs of bacon are becoming incredibly awesome).

I've ran mine for 72 hours without problem. You might try to descale and see if that helps.

I'm guessing similar to the Anova, 99hrs, but you could then I guess turn it back on.

actually, if you just enter a temp and start, it will go almost indefinitely.

During testing I've personally run Joules for 21 days straight without a problem. I can't recall the exact number but our internal system counter will eventually roll back to 0 at 54 days, however we have done testing and everything should still work fine even after that.
