What I did without a kitchenette: eggs, chicken, quinoa (use store bought stock for extra flavor), pasta, steak and pork (if you carry your torch tip and can get access to a Lowes or even a walmart, cannisters are cheap obviously). Also did ravioli etc. Make some pesto and/or mole, vac seal and freeze it and take it frozen. Take a seasoned salt (eg lemon pepper) and mix it in the stock if cooking quinoa, or rice or whatever). A kitchenette will make it easier. I had to cook in garbage cans and ice buckets.

Awesome. Any hotel workable recommendations? It will have a small kitchenette. I'm thinking steak and asparagus and then maybe a duck breast with carrots at the moment for 2 of the 5 days.

Join the club. Put it through it's paces in a hotel room as a beta tester. :-)
