Does anyone know how much electric Joule pulls to operate? I live in a newly renovated apartment in NYC. I have used my new joule twice and both times she is causing my lights to flicker. I tried a different circuit each time and got the same result. I don't know if a surge protector will help because there is only so much electricity. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
