Joule is making noise

My joule is making a struggling sounding noise when it is cycling on and off. Any thoughts to help remedy? I switched to cooking with my old brand for tonight.

Try to descale. I put mine in a quart jar 50/50 solution of water and vinegar, set the temp to 140°F. I let mine run for about five minutes after reaching temp. If that doesn't do it, I suggest submitting a support request in the Joule app.

A little clr might help if the build up is really bad.
