How to make a flat fish skin crisp?

I have some salmon skins, cleaned of their flesh. Is there a technique that I can use to crisp up the skin, but also keep it from curling?

Place it between two sheets of parchment on a sheet pan. Place second sheet pan on top. Place in 425F oven. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn. Use same technique for awesome chicken skin chips!
