I made Mahi Mahi (Frozen section at Kroger) at 130F running at 30 minutes. And it was perfect. Please make some more fish videos! You got the popular ones but I would love to see other fish like Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Halibut and Grouper based on the portion sizes that mass markets tend to sell frozen.
