video looks normal...I get no sound. If you think it sounds off, you could start by following the cleaning instruction is the Joule app.

You'd need sound to understand the context. It also started sputtering on and off after that.

The unit has been cleaned, looks normal.

If you are still experiencing a problem, open a ticket through the support link in the app

Did you descale with a 50/50% vinegar and water, set your Joule to 140°F and let it run? It sounds to me like that is the issue. The directions are in the app. If that is what you did, then I would submit a support ticket which can also be done in the app.

Sorry, Cory, but I didn't hear a thing. But if it's cleaned properly in the 50/50 (I let mine run for about 10 minutes at 140) and you still hear it, as John states it's time to open a help ticket.

To get sound, you have to click on the triangle in the upper right of the screen, then it replays with sound. I would open a ticket on this ASAP.

Hi Cory. I had a similar issue, but mine got worse, and was actually shutting off the unit. If you haven't already, submit a ticket. They ended up sending me a new unit, which i should be receiving tomorrow.
