Tinker Kitchen "Hard Hat" tour in San Francisco

Hello!

A while back I wrote about a new cooking makerspace I'm starting called Tinker Kitchen (see prev. forum post here).

In case you're in the SF Bay area, we've been doing "Hard Hat Tours" of the construction. It's still pretty rough (holes in the ground, etc), but it's fun to stand in the space and imagine what it'll be like!

The next few slots we have in March are:

Sunday 5th, 2PM
Tuesday 7th, 2PM
Thursday 9th, 5PM
Friday 10th, 5PM
Sunday 12th, 2PM

Welcome back Dan! It won't be me in the near future but I can't ignore SF forever! Awesome you're giving tours ... that will give people a sense of what it takes to do this kind of endeavor from ground up. Looks like she's coming along! Though probably not as fast as you want ;-)

Thanks!! Yes, not as fast as I'd like ;-) But it's coming together. We passed our rough plumbing inspection yesterday, so soon we can finish our floors (currently it's full of holes for the pipes) and start placing equipment.

I'm signed up for a Spinzall and looking forward to it! It looks really cool. I also bought my friend's used Jouan CR422 (which is refrigerated but doesn't do continuous feed / have the ingenuous curved inner design).
