Just wanted to ask the community whether this is a good idea, or unnecessary:
I think it would be a great feature to be able to set a "holding temperature" with the timer. For instance, set a timer for 3 hours at 80 C, and then have Joule drop the temperature to 65 C when the timer is done.
Would that be greatly beneficial, or is the timing of when things are "done" not that sensitive?
