Amusingly I never had problems with Joule until after I cleaned it. Did the water/vinegar, which didn't work with the suggested time, so i soaked it a bit longer. After that, off and on, I would hear a high pitched whining/vibrating sound. Wednesday, when I got home, it was making that sound, but the sound was go higher and higher. When the intensity was at it's peak, the circulator would shut off for a few seconds, then restart, and the problem would start all over again. I submitted a help ticket, and they're sending a replacement, but now I'm without a Joule until Tuesday. Sucks 😢
