Probably needs to be descaled, the instructions are in the Joule app. Could you please delete your duplicate posts. Click the three dots bottom right of your post and you will see the option to delete. Thank you!

Try descaling it, like @John_Fisher_218893 suggests. If that doesn't work, submit a help ticket through the app. And @Kevin_Krycka_265359 you posted this 13 times. Please delete the other 12.

Mine too. Crystal clear and brand new (1 month) being used with softer water. Joule said they would like to replace it immediately based on what I described to them. Went through amazon though. A new one is now on the way.
