Using Joule outside the US.

I brought Joule with me to Peru, so since here the voltaje is 220V I just wanna make sure I can use a voltaje converter even if that voids my warranty I just wanna make sure it'll work.

1. Yes you can use a transformer. 2. Yes it will void the warranty

I am currently using it in Israel (220V @ 60Hz) - and it's working. I understand that there is a risk of it burning up, but since I bought it at the last minute without checking the voltage spec - that's a risk I have to take. if it will burn up - I will order the Anova 220v ...
