255C TEMP, WATER LEVEL TOO LOW

HELP!!

1. My Joule can not detect the water level and keeps telling me the water is too low even if the water is enough.

2. My joule detect the wrong temperature at 255C even if it was only at 80-85C. I have used joule atleast twice a week since December and this is the first time this happened. I tried to cool it down for an hour and still the problem occurs.
