Hi,

So sad, I had a look on posts about international 240V version, and they are all so old about 3 or 8 months ago, and still nothing on the market!

I spent time to choose between Joule or Anova, and now I don't have the choice, I have to buy Anova.

Finally I got my Anova Wifi, and I'm very satisfied with it.

It's very useful to have a display and to be able to setup it without a smartphone, especially with recipe you are used, like your morning eggs. :-)

No one wants an anova. We want a Joule over here! You can't trump the 220!

While the Joule is a significantly more efficienct and convenient immersion circulator, it is not an unwanted piece of kit. For those who live in areas where joule isn't yet available, it's probably the best bet for the time being. And plenty of people want an Anova immersion circulator. They've certainly sold enough of them.

and by no one, you mean a grand and glorious total of you. you seem to miss the fact that they have sold more than few the world over, including to ChefSteps. If you go back through the archived videos, there are some where ChefSteps have used one.
