Tasting Menu inspirations

Hi all,

I'm really loving the piece on the Spring Tasting Menu that you posted a while back (https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/tasting-menu-spring). Was wondering if you have plans of creating more Tasting Menu like posts like this? If not, any suggestions for other places which feature menu suggestions that are a bit more sophisticated than your standard 3 course starter - main - dessert?
