I am looking for a commercial size Santa-Fe style wood/charcoal fired grill (the kind where the grill lifts or lowers with one of those big wheel hand cranks) to have built in to my outdoor kitchen at my new cottage. Anyone know any manufactures (I have seen the odd back yard one but that is it- I am looking for ones that I have seen in youtube videos of BBQ joints such as this one
