i know that for simple low temp cooks I can just go with a ziplock bag.

Can someone share a link where I can get proper sous vide bags for the higher temp and longer cooks?

They have bags and rolls, so the choice is yours. I personally prefer (and buy) the rolls so I can make the proper sized bag for the job. The price is absolutely right for these and you can buy them directly from the site or through Amazon. Hope this helps!!
