Isi cake video

was just watching the cake video and was wondering if that joule on the Cambro was using the factory clip? It looks like a different one to me? Any info on that from the cs crew?

They keep saying that they're working on bringing out the big clip. I wish it would get here so I could sell my Polyscience... for now, that's all that I can use to cook big batches because Joule doesn't easily attach to other containers. Sure, I could figure out a workaround (coathangers/chopsticks/cans...) but I don't want to and shouldn't have to.

I know about the conversations but was wondering if there was some further information as from the live stream it appeared they had a working solution. Much like brandon I just use a different device for large cambro as I don't trust rigging something up to work with joule.

I was unaware that you already knew about the prior posting. From what you posted above, you didn't seem to be aware of it as you said

This clip (or one like it) has already made an appearance, back when they did the GoT feast. I got the impression that this was the first time you'd seen the clip.

Was hard to tell what was going on as the Cambro was in the background. I almost thought the container had a thinner lip. It doesn't appear the clip is yellowish like in the got vid though. I also recall seeing a rendering of a clip in the forum a while back. Thought maybe there was more progress that the ChefSteps crew could comment on.

I will wait or cobble something together in the meantime.
