Air Fryer

Hi folks !

I need information about using Air Fryer to fry, bake, grill.... ? Have you already used it ? Here in Brasil, we have only 2 brands : Mondial and Phillips/Wallita. Can you help me ?

I think you can get similar results from putting the food on a wire rack and placing it in a convection oven(fan forced) on the highest heat setting. Just in case you wanted to try that out first

I don't think I've ever seen a good review of these.

Here is one conclusion -

While the Airfyer is a healthier alternative to deep frying, it’s expensive both initially and in running costs, it's large and bulky and only accommodates comparatively small portions. Your oven will fit a full meal with no problems and provided you keep the oil to a minimum, you’ll achieve the same result.

Thinking of getting an air fryer. Saw the video on Buffalo air fryer. Looks good. Like to have feedback from those using one, any brand will do.
