I don't know where this topic falls under, but It would be nice to have a course on knife skills. I have a good understanding of some of the knife cuts, but I feel that I can know more and be better. If any one knows of any good resources or links about this topic, please let me know. I'm looking for knife skill 101 to master knife skill lessons.
