Minimum Temp?

how low can Joule hold?

I am hoping to hold water between 85 and 90 for a warm levain. Is this in range? Other devices I have won't hold below 95.

68°F/20°C is the lowest temperature you can set Joule.

Joule works great for the purpose you suggest. I place a bowl, with my levain, in my cambro. It fits in such a way that the water comes about a third of the way up the side of the bowl, but the bowl won't fall into the cambro. Works like a charm.

Thanks. Finally got around to using it and it held 88 F perfectly.
