Melting Joule anyone?

Have any of you guys experience this?
My joule was not coming to temp so i removed it from the water an after taking a closer look i was surprise to see this.

I msg them already, but wanted to post here incase anyone had this happened to them.
I love my Joule and i swear by it and i know chefsteps handles every issue quickly.

Wow, I haven't seen that before. I know they will take care if it. It's almost like the propeller wasn't working.

that is a bummer. I am on my first Joule and still in love. I got a dirty look from my wife when I said I was taking Joule on vacation but after our first meal she said: "good call".I am sure Ellen or someone else fromthe CS team would be able to help you. They are very responsive and I am sure they will resolve it to your satisfaction. Wish every customer service was like the CS team.
