Hard boiled eggs

Trying to do the hard boiled eggs recipe that was just added to the app but my water wouldn't get hotter than 200.4 and half the water evaporated. Any idea why?

Is the Joule's firmware up to date? What kind of elevation are you? Have you cleaned/descaled Joule lately?

Version 61.23 of the Joule software allowed Joule to be set for 208°F at sea level or equivalent at your altitude. If your Joule software is up to date it should work. You can check your software by going into settings>device>about device, or click update Joule's software. Can you set Joule to 203°F? If you can set to 203°F but it won't get to temperature try to descale in a small container (like a quart jar) of 50% water 50% vinegar and set Joule for 140°F and let it run for a few minutes after Joule reaches 140°F. If non of those work I would do as @torridice_498271 said and submit a ticket.
