Canada Needs Joule

Any update as to when Joule will be available to ship to Canada? We must have it! If I can't get my hands on one, I won't buy Dave Arnold's new book. And that will make Dave sad. Don't let that be on your conscience.

Why not just order to somewhere in New York (say the UPS store in Ogdensburg) and just drive to pick it up and bring it back? Sure it's a couple hours, but still manageable.
