Is there any guidance to reheating food already cooked with Joule?
Let's say I do a pork tenderloin one night but have some leftovers and want to reheat the next day.
What temp and how long do I leave it in the water?

Personally, I reheat to a temperature a few degrees cooler team I originally cooked it at. The time is what would be recommended for a tender cut of meat ast the appropriate thickness
