When will Joule be available for 240v ? It would be nice to have Joule after reading the Joule sous vide recipes for well over a year.

I am in New Zealand and want to purchase as well, Sous Vide must wait until they sell the product to us.... Come on - most of the world is on 220-240v.

Your competition is doing 220-240v

Remember you are hitting a global audience not a US one only.

Quite right. How does one contact Joule to ask them and to hurry them up ? I see others buying Anova because Joule is not available for 240v.

It's true. In all honesty if they don't come up with a pre-order this year I will go with the competition even though I already bought the ChefSteps premium well over a year ago.

I bought the Anova because I got sick of waiting for Joule to be shipped to Australia

I really wanted Joule and like some other people, I have been a premium member for over a year and wanted to support ChepSteps.

That said, I am looking for another soon just so I can have 2 water baths going simultaneously at different temps.

I do hope they announce Joule international version soon otherwise I will buy another Anova as I have been really happy with the first one.

I emailed ChefSteps back in January '17 and this was the reply -

"Thank you so much for your message and for your interest in Joule!

Sadly, we are not able to provide a time frame with certainty that we will be selling Joule to the international market. I am so sorry about that and we definitely encourage you to move forward with purchasing another device due to the lack of ETA on our end.

Thanks so much!"

Hi guys,

A quick update - There is, supposedly, a 240v version available through amazon UK. There is a link to it on Chefsteps website.

DID NOT GET ANY NOTIFICATION FROM CHEFSTEPS

After a 3+ year wait and multiple emails, they couldn't be bothered to notify us.

Customer loyalty, counts for nothing these days.

Anyway, the 240v version is out ther.

Please let us know how you even get the UK one sent here to Australia. It seems the details are not even made available to us even when viewing it on UK site.
