Is this directed at chefsteps, the members of the forum, or the members of the forum who work in restaurants?
Chefsteps is not a restaurant and can double dip their spoons all they like.
Members who are mostly home cooks, highly unlikely, and probably don't always use a spoon.
Restaurateurs and professional cooks: more likely than not.
Disposable spoons is often less cost effective than just having a bunch of spoons to wash and re-use.

I'm mostly a home cook and it depends on what I'm cooking, only a couple dishes, no. More than 4, yes. I tend to use more plastic spoons than forks, put I use forks for really small amounts of purees and such. I'm just lazy and using plastic spoons to taste as I go are very convenient. Oddly, I find myself tasting on a more regular basis with them (yes, even at home). But I am weird.
