Want to start planting Microgreens but....

hi all,

I would like to plant microgreens in Hong Kong but it seems difficult to find the seeds.

I can do internet shopping. However, it would be a problem in the import regulations.

No Plant Import Licence or Phytosanitary Certificate will be required for import of the following items:-

Cut flowers,
Fruit & Vegetables for consumption,
Grains, pulses, seeds and spices for human or animal consumption or for industrial use,
Timber and timber products including rattan and bamboo,
Dried tobacco and manufactured articles incorporating dried leaves,
Plants produced in and imported from any place in China outside Hong Kong.

I am wondering if the seeds are for human consumption....

Although the costs of seeds are low, shipping is killing me.

And do anyone try this site before?

This link might help. Microgreens aren't solely special variety of plants, they can be, and often are, plants that are harvested before reaching maturity. You done need to order anything special, whatever they have at your local seed store, gardening center, etc. will work just fine. Good luck! And post pictures of your crop ice you've grown them!

Great article, thanks for the link. This is the kind of chef steps content I miss. Don't get me wrong I love me some Joule. But it seems to be a one note song they are playing these days content wise.

I feel your pain, I'm not crazy about logging into the joule app every time I want to see if there's a new recipe, but, alas, there is only one constant: change.

Yes, that is where I get all my seeds and supplies for growing microgreens, Great service. BTW, regular seeds work just fine.
