Hey everyone, looking for some help in picking out a deep fryer. On cooking issues, Dave Arnold frequently talks about deep frying as being "God's way of cooking". He also frequently laments indoor countertop deep fryers as being terrible, as they lack heat capacity, are underpowered, and don't have an oil cool zone for particle collection.
He talks frequently about his outdoor propane deep fryer being "awesome", but for some reason has completely refused to answer my emailed question as to what kind of fryer he uses. I think he hates me. I try to make him love me by buying everything he makes, but alas.
