Circulation

Long term endurance

Fluctuation

Calibration

48 and 72 h cooks

Maintenance

Good/Weird

And so on and on,

That polyscience model depresses me. Why would they "dumb down" their product and brand name for the sake of competition when they already have the professional market cornered. The 750W heater is a non starter for me when other units like the Anova are $100 less.
