Hey guys!!!
I need some advice because I cannot make a decision.
I am a private chef and currently creating plans for my kitchen in my brownstone. I pretty much have a whole level just for the kitchen and its a total blank slate.
Although it wont be a restaurant kitchen, it will be my work kitchen, thus has to be very practical.
I want to put in GE Monogram commercial range as well as additional wall ovens (which have to be electric). So I can decide if I should do gas oven in the range or another electric (dual)?
